Howard Taylor, Chief Executive Officer

Howard Taylor has over 25 years of management experience in the information technology and communications services industries. His experience and background includes leading large Fortune 500 organizations as well as startups and turnarounds. Working as an independent consultant, Howard provides management guidance and direction both to expanding ventures and organizations facing restructuring.

Most recently, Howard served as the President & CEO of FutureLink, Inc., an application service provider and information management company. Prior to joining FutureLink, (a Pequot Capital Management portfolio company), he served as Venture Operating Partner at Pequot. Prior to Pequot, Mr. Taylor was Chairman and CEO of OnSite Access, a provider of in-building communications and information services. Mr. Taylor has also served in executive positions at IBM, Quotron / Citicorp, MCI, Southern New England Telephone and WinStar Communications, where he is recognized within the industry as a pioneer in wireless broadband Internet access.

William E. Henry, President & COO

Mr. Henry has over thirty (30) years line and staff management experience in the IT industry specializing in the telecommunications and infrastructure technologies disciplines. He possesses a unique mix of end-user and vendor experience as well as the consultative interface between the two communities. A former military officer, Mr. Henry began his career with AT&T Long Lines where he worked in various management positions within the engineering, operations and marketing departments.

In 1982, he joined AT&T Information Systems where he held positions of increasing responsibility. As a Technical Account Manager within the National Securities Branch Office, Mr. Henry facilitated systems assurance procedures and overall project management coordination. His responsibilities also included designing and implementing complex voice and data systems for financial industry national accounts.

While serving as Director of Corporate Telecommunications at Bristol-Myers, Mr. Henry developed and facilitated global corporate strategies for the company’s data, image, video and voice telecommunications.. A member on the Board of Directors of Catholic Big Brothers since 1990, Mr. Henry is actively involved in working with inner-city youth. In 1995, Mr. Henry joined the faculty at Pratt Institute School of Architecture, where he teaches IT courses in the Graduate Facilities Management Program. Mr. Henry was also a frequent guest lecturer at the NYU Graduate Management Center.

Leighton Delgado, Sr. Vice President & CTO

With degrees in analog and digital electronics, communications technology and computer design, Mr. Delgado has accumulated over 20 years in various high-technology pursuits. His diverse repertoire includes expertise in various aspects of music and video production, digital telephony and IT infrastructure design and implementation. Mr. Delgado’s career includes industrial instrumentation design, digital voice/data switching design, IP network design and implementation and technical sales of broadband services.

Mr. Delgado has served as Field Engineer, Design Engineer, Technical Writer, Technical Trainer, Marketing Manager, and a Regional Director of Marketing & Sales and Registered Sales Agent for AT&T Broadband services. Most recently, Mr. Delgado held the position of Chief Technology Officer, for the StreamRing Music Network - a Digital Audio and Video Production Studio specializing in broadband audio and video streaming technology.
