A hosted solution means that no confidential data will be stored at a client's premises, facilitating LAN-free and even server-less data backup and replication. All information will be stored offsite on high-availability servers with industrial strength security. All data access will be through SSL (Secure Socket Layers) 256 bit encrypted connections with a user name and password authentication method in place.
The Access Millennium hosted storage solution utilizes Storage Area Networks offering very high performance, storage capacity, scalability, and survivability, including redundant cooling systems, power supplies, and monitoring circuitry.
Uninterruptible backup power supplies provide complete protection from electrical problems (spikes, surges, sags, brownouts, and blackouts). These, and other features and characteristics, contribute dramatically to high data availability in the SAN. In summary, the Access Millennium hosted storage solutions can dramatically reduce the management costs and complexity of storage environments while providing significant technical advantages.

Video Storage
We offer a hosted storage solution for surveillance data captured from our IP video security deployments. Our Video Storage Area Network (VSAN) solution virtually eliminates manual intervention while providing sophisticated virtual storage management that ensures digital video information is stored on the right storage device and is always available.
There will be a monthly fee for this service. Additional charges will be applied for data retained beyond a preset period, and also for data that exceeds our 5 GB storage limit.
